We are just under 2 weeks away from the season finale of BB17 (*praise the lawd!) and with it being Final 5 going into Final 4, this is the part in the season where there's not much to blog about. So the Overnighters will be short and sweet from here on out.
Yesterday, we learned that Johnny Mac won the veto and will be obviously taking himself off the block. Austin will be going up as the replacement nom (he's okay with being a pawn this week) and Steve is this weeks target. Well..it's Johnny Mac & Liz's target, I should say. Vanessa told Johnny it's up to him who goes to jury this week. John told Austin/Liz that he wants to get rid of Steve and then they (Austin/Liz//JM) can work together VS Vanessa next week.
Steve/Vanessa had a pow wow yesterday (
7:14pm BBT). Vanessa made Steve promise that if shes on the block next week, to vote to keep her. He swears on his mom. V promised Steve that he's not going anywhere this week.
Vanessa was pretty rude to Steve yesterday. She denied him HOH talks twice (before he went in anyway lol), and she would scold him when she asked him questions and didn't like his answers. Then she told him how annoying he was being (*FYI he was looking at her candy-strategy plan when she told him this). Vanessa told Steve that she's breaking up Liztin this week. (Later on, Austin said he can go up as a pawn if he has to.) It's interesting to note that during this convo, Vanessa told Steve about John's plan to throw the veto yesterday to Austin/Liz & vote Steve out, but couldn't throw veto when he saw Steve doing to well. Steve thinks Johns offer to Austin/Liz about throwing the veto was just to "cover his own ass".
Austin/Liz/J-Mac talked (
12:29am BBT) and John mentioned that he's ready to get rid of Steve.
He said he plans to blindside Steve this week. Austin is worried that Vanessa is telling him (A) he's just a pawn but then will try to get him out instead. John said how Vanessa told him it's "Up to him" who leaves this week (if it's a tie, V would have to break it). Johnny said that his Final 2 deal with Steve has been nothing but problems for him, so he's ready to cut that dead weight.
**So that's that...Austin will be the replacement nom after J-Mac takes himself off the block, and it looks like Steve will be the one leaving this week. Tonight's BB episode will show the ending to the HOH comp on Thursday, plus Liz/Vanessa getting taken to an Ariana Grande concert with former BB houseguest Frankie Grande. Personally, I will not be watching. Like 99% of the BB community, I can't stand Frankie, so I will sit this one out. lol Have a great Sunday Funday!! ;)

I'm beginning to think that CBS casts unlikeable and even deplorable characters on purpose, I suppose for the drama - it gets people talking and possibly watching. Why else would they keep bringing back the most unliked houseguests like Jesse and Frankie? Is this the method to their madness? I'm really stretching to find reason to this insanity. Last night's BBAD was a Vanessa non-stop gabfest the entire show. At least we didn't have to watch pot ball or hear the twinsUH!
I find Frankie less annoying than Vanessa.

Let's hope for the best. But as this crew has shown repeatedly, they will make the dumbest decision possible. And if you find frankie less annoying than wah-nessa that is saying a lot. Can't imagine going on that luxury outing with frankie. There would be some serious homicidal thoughts going through my head.
I'm thinking they need to have the padded truck and a straight jacket ready for Vanessa as she's forcibly removed from the game (we all know she won't leave on her own - how dare they vote her out!) that woman is delusional. Holy crap - Steve should have tipped the table over and dumped her skittles everywhere. That would be a page out of a diary of a mad woman for real.
I can't figure out why steve cowers to Vanessa - unless that's the way his mother treats him at home. Poor guy. I bet he was hoping for a reprieve and realized he'd stepped right back into the rabbit hole

They should evict Austin. Liz wiill be a mess without him and easily beatable. Plus that twosome needs to be split up.
With all the bad decisions made this season it wouldn't surprise me if John didn't use the Power of Veto.

I find them equally annoying! But not sure which one of them has the bigger ego.
Whoever is HOH this upcoming week will be a fool not to put up Vanessa and get her out.
Liz's appearance is irrelevant to the jurors. She's a mean girl, has made nasty remarks about several HGs, has questionable moral character by whoring herself out on national TV, and is dumber than a rock.
Yes I watched the show tonight. All I'll say is I actually think Liz looks cute with short red hair! I wonder if they get to keep the wigs. And side note, my CBS in Houston lost the feed about 20 minutes in with color bars and tone for 7 minutes and then showed a local news hurricane preparation video so I'll have to wait until tonight for it to post to see the missing 25 minutes. Super weird.
I kinda can't wait for this to end this year. I just don't GAF with these folks left over. I'll have one less program without ya, BB.
Too bad BB didn't just lock the door and not let Vanessa and Liz back in after the concert.
how did she whore herself out.. because she hooked up with Austin.. she's not the first to get it on in the big brother house and wont be the last.. she wasn't with anyone else either so :/.. if you think she is a meam girl what did you think of the girls that lost their careers i dont even remember what season that was 15 maybe or 14 not sure.. we all make comments we are all assholes at points in our life your judgment on her should be the one you have for every single person js :(
While it can be said that Liz is a "mean" girl, she is less mean by a long shot than were Jackie, Da'Vonne, Becky and Meg. Meg alone could put Liz to shame when it comes to being mean and saying bad things about others.
When you put Meg and James together, you have duo powerhouse of mean and nasty. No one talked trash like those two except for Jackie.
