Which one will be going home? Well, it looks like Clay will be evicted come Thursday, though James/Jackie/Meg want Shelli out. Now, we're still a few days away and as we all know, things can shift from hour to hour in the BB17 house. But as it stands right now, Clay will be the one getting the boot.
Austin/Liz/Julia/Vanessa/Steve are all working together and decided last night that they will vote Clay out. This is all thanks to Vanessa campaigning for Shelli to stay. (V told Shelli not to campaign and that she'd do it for her..and that, she did.) Steve mentioned that even though Shelli is good at comps, she's a big target and that's good for them to keep around to use as a shield. Speaking of Steve, he mentioned to Vanessa that if he wins HOH, he'll gun after James/Meg/Becky/Johnny Mac.
Speaking of J-Mac, he promised Clay he'd keep Shelli in the game, per Clay's request.
In other news, Austin/The Twins wanna protect Vanessa and go after Johnny Mac. Vanessa said she wants Johnny Mac out because she thinks Shelli/JM are working together. They (Austin+Twins) talked to Vanessa and V said that maybe they should work with James going forward.
So that's yesterday/last night in a nutshell. I expect to see Clay walk out the BB door on Thursday night unless there's a major shift in votes, but I don't see that happening as of now. I'll be back later on with an afternoon post (might be a quickie post, depending on my energy level and/or how active the feeds are.)
As always, you can check out the live feeds for free (1 week free trial) and then just $5.99/month after that. Super cheap entertainment!! See y'all back here later!! :D
Stay tuned...

dumb dee dumb dumb dummmmmmmbbbbb! yep they all are just plain dumb. I think when you enter the house they give you some sort of drug that makes you forget you are in a game for $500,000!!!! Get your biggest threat out and that is Shelli not Clay she is using him like a puppet. The only one that has any game is James and I never used to like him but now I see his is the only one with any balls to make moves. He reminds me a little, just a little of "Chill Town".... what do you
think?
Ugh no! I was so hoping to see Shelli go home! It would be the best game move to get her out now! I hope something crazy happens and they all change their minds to evict Shelli and not Clay.
Ms I couldn't agree with you more. Really keep Shelli. Why don't these clowns just give her $500k and call it a day.
I so hope Meg and Jackie can pullout a Hoh win on Thursday. If they don't I'm sure they (James, Meg or Jackie) will be on the block.
It's sounds like Steve and J Mac and of course Becky are just looking to float till jury and upto their end in the game.
I wanted Shelli out too! I understand though. Vanessa is doing what's best for her game. She needs an ace in her corner and Shelli's better than Clay. She would be a bigger target too so if a non Sixth Sense member won HOH, they'd gun for Shelli over Vanessa. She had a chance to be a GOAT if she would've gotten rid of Austin.
I'm disappointed in Steve. Thought he would've chosen the other side of the house. They would've been more loyal. Now he'll be the first out if that alliance stays together.
I think it's a good game play to keep Shelli because 6S feel that she will be on their side (while also being the biggest target) so they still have her vote with them. As it is, it's up to them which leaves because even tho James is HOH, he doesn't have the majority vote on his side.
It is unfortunate that JMac, Becky, and Steve don't take a side, preferably J/M/J side, but that isn't happening, they want to float. In fact, JMac said his target is Jackie.
Outside at 2:00 early this morning, while the rest of the house is sleeping, Steve is walking around memorizing parties, etc. He looks determined to win an HOH. It's comical to watch him playing with a hula hope...quite good at tricks...he must have been a drum majorette??). He talks to himself that the hula hoop is going in the pool, don't touch that, and on and on.
Come on, Jackie or Meg, win the next HOH or you're dust I'm afraid.
Vanessa wants to save Shelli because Shelli is better for her game, but she wants to move forward with James who is against Shelli. What am I missing?
They are fools to keep Shelli over Clay, but we already know that.
And Steve? he is such a dweeb - really has no social skills at all - I'm surprised he's not with the James side of the house. I guess it's his one chance so far in life to hang with the "cool" kids.
(Banging head on table) why are these people so dumb! Now I wish James would have used the veto, taken Clay down and put Vanessa up! Would've been a super win win, lotsa drama, and let the fur fly! Lol! They're all gonna gun for him anyway! Sigh....
Lmao @ let the fur fly.. Love it!
Sarah could agree with you more. Vanessa vs. Shelli would be awesome to see but that much blood would cause such a big blowback.
James has a deal with Vanessa let's hope she keeps that one ( major eye roll)!
Steve and J Mac games are going down the drain or maybe they are just aking till they are in HoH position. Hoping for some great game moves, Surprise Me fellas!
STEVE?! I had to go back and check to make sure which one he was. Really? I barely remember he is in the house. HE'S talking about making game moves? smh. PSH! lol
When Clay was going around telling everyone to vote him out I was hoping hoping hoping that James would use the veto and pull him off. Sort of as a giant F-you to Clelli. And putting up Liz next to Shelli would have guaranteed that Shelli went home. Not to mention the draaaamaaaa!
Although I really like the Jackie/James/Meg side of the house I would rather see Shelli stay because that would cause more drama. Best case scenario Jackie or Meg wins and they go after Vanessa/Austin/Liz/Julia because that needs to be split up.
I also like that Steve and JMac are starting to be brought up as potential targets. I like JMac, but so far only for entertainment purposes. I really want to see where his mind is at game-wise and honestly I hate when people coast to the end. I want him to win because he made moves not because he is lovable. Steve on the other hand hasn't really been playing any kind of social game. I wouldn't mind seeing him leave during a double eviction (Becky too, but that goes without saying).
The only week i was excited about now not so much. Stupid people. Vote shelli out damit! Cant stand her fakeness. Glad your feeling better Jamie! Looking amazing as usual 😊
I could see james and jmac winning this game if they just teamed up together!
Once upon a time in BB history, it was strategic to remove stronger players. Now they want to keep stronger players as shields? Seems to me if stronger players are not voted out, you lessen your chances to use them as a 'shield,' since they will likely be the ones in control instead of being the bigger 'target.' I'm not understanding the game play of these houseguests. Too bad James and his gang are going to be blindsided again this week. Another win for the other side of the house - losing Clay is a vote lost, but they obviously still have the numbers to control the house.
Steve very early this morning said he wants to be HOH and nom Shelli & Becky but his target is Becky; apparently he knows she is talking about him and doesn't want her in the house. Vanessa and Steve both have deals with Janes but they will only honor then if it's convenient as it's Big Brother and they also have the excuse that James didn't honor his deal with Shelli. The Austwins flip every five seconds, but will do whatever Vanessa tells them to do. Vanessa will protect Steve, he is her perfect final two as she knows she can beat him in the end, but I also think she is kind of a big sister to him like Derrick was a big brother to Victoria. She is just using Shelli to help keep their alliance strong but will discard her when the time is right. Vanessa will most likely run the house till the very end unless James, Meg and Jackie get very, very lucky. I am rooting for James!
Claudia: Steve's "big game move" is to keep bigger targets in the house, and the others seem to be taking his advice to heart (keeping Shelli). He's not considering the fact that once it is down to only him and the "cool kids" they will drop him like a flaming bag of poop... What an idiot.
O.K, so I'm going to stir the pot here and throw out this scenario......James should have put up two floaters (either John/Becky/Steve) with the goal being to a.) establish secondary relationships with other members of the house, b.) gain a vote for his side (currently, he just has two others) and c.) remove someone who's reporting to the other side. Once he won the POV, he could have taken one of them down and cut a deal with the saved individual who wouldn't be a floater anymore. He would also have had the option of either putting up a "power player" or a floater who probably wouldn't have worked with him in the first place.
For the record, I don't personally like the Vanessa/Clay/Shelli or Austin/Twingate either, however I believe making that move would have given James some insight as to who their "help" has been (either group would have campaigned for the person who has assisted them the most). Just my two cents...... :-)
I am so happy Austin, Liz, Julia, Steve, Vanessa, Johnny Mac and probably Becky are smart enough to keep Shelli over Clay. I am hoping Shelli will send that faux “country boy” James with his little behind home soon. Hopefully Meg, the biggest floater this year and Jackie will follow soon after. Then let the real BB game begin.
Why yah all think sending Clay home is dumbfounding. Shelli and Vanessa are proven competitors and worthy of winning BB. Liz has stepped up and won a comp despite James every effort to make sure they lost. Kudos to Liz. JMac is playing a good honest game. Kudos to him also.
James so deserves to have Vanessa stab him in the back. James set the moral standards for his own demise. He put up Clay and Shelli to avenge the ouster of Jason. It is only fitting that, if Vanessa gets a chance, to do the same to James.
I can’t wait to see a 7-2 vote to keep Shelli. If James, Meg and Jackie were blindsided with Jason, this will make their heads explode, LOL. James’s head looks like it is already ready to explode. He made a huge mistake promising 3 times to not put up Clay or Shelli.
Thanks, love! Xo
I had posted earlier but apparently didn't hit publish. Early this morning, about 2:00, Steve was outside while all the other HG's were sleeping. He was memorizing all the party names, etc., obviously meaning to get serious about winning. He was doing tricks with a hula hoop and talking to himself, "oh, it's going in the pool, don't touch that", etc. Funny!
After watering my garden, I came in and continued watching and notice that Shelli and Clay have gotten up and were in the hammock so they had a good conversation with Steve then. It was cute and gives you a little better perspective of Steve, the floater, maybe? Hmmm....
Are you related to shells or something. Why do you take so much offense in James when she'll n clay have been dishonest n controlling the house. Is this your first time watching big brother. This is not a moral game show. If not they should go somewhere else. James is an angel compared to past big brother house guests. What will you say Dan or will and boogies where who never kept their word and guess what they all won. This is a game you don't know the other house guests personally either. Shelli lied n acted innocent/played victim when Jackie questioned her about Jason. If their strategy is to float n win the prize then kuddos to them. After all Jordan won n did not do much till towards the end.
LOL rigs! Lying and dishonesty without getting caught are the name of the game in the Big Brother house! Remember Dr. Will and Boogie?? (Ring, ring) "Can you believe they just fell for that?" (Then hysterical laughter.) If someone is playing an 'honest' game, they're probably not playing Big Brother.
Not to come off like I'm putting her down, but I get the feeling that Shelli lives a charmed life outside the house.
Miko and Kaski, actually, I’ve only missed maybe the first BB since I don’t remember seeing the people in it. I have seen every show since. I thought Dr. Will was very entertaining but I would not go to him is I needed medical help. I didn’t like Boogie, he was just plain disgusting. I agreed with Boogie when he told Janelle she should have won the game that he won. That was his one honest moment. Even though Janelle never won BB, she is one of my all time favorites. She was very talented and honest, honest to a fault. The Evel Dick season was a hardest season to watch. At times it actually made me feel sick. I understand Dick’s strategy but he would not be my friend outside the house, probably not inside either. I could go on and on season after season.
When I was speaking of Shelli in terms of an angel, I said she was the closest Jason would ever get to an angel, not that she was an angle. That is how bad he was. He was projecting his “evil incarnate” personality on Shelli. He was disgusting with his “evil incarnate” and everyone being “_itches”. With a personality like that, I am not surprised he still lives in his mom’s basement and is a grocery checker.
Like most people, Austin kind of creeps me out. I like the twins, they and their interactions are interesting and we will see what they have to bring to the game. I like Becky. She is smart, attractive and interesting but as she has admitted, she can’t win comps so I think she knows her value is to help others make it. By doing that, she could get lucky, win a comp or two and climb the ladder. If you can’t win, at least last as long as you can and maybe foster some opportunities outside the show.
Kathy, again, I will explain the difference between lying and dishonesty as normal for playing the game and just plain lying and being dishonest as a character flaw. James promised 3 times on national television in the middle of a comphe would NOT put up or backdoor C/S. He was saved by Shelli and given the victory. His hands were shaking so badly he had only minutes left in him. Shelli was struggling too but her added motivation to make a deal was the fact that she was cleaning up in the comps and thought that looked bad. She made a mistake by trusting cute little ol’ James. He sounded sincere to me. When Austin was double crossed, there was a good reason. He betrayed them after the deal which voids the deal. Shelli did not betray James after the deal. After the deal she dropped off, fulfilled her end of the deal and gave James the win. Jason’s side of the house may have had an understanding that Austin would go but he proved to be unreliable and betrayed not just a trust but a very personal trust (his relationship “problems with Liz). Pee Wee just couldn’t be trusted under any circumstances. He was worst than a 13 year old gossiping little girl. I mean there is back stabbing and then there is backstabbing. While you might think Vanessa is all over the place, she is, but at least she is taking honesty and integrity into account.
I have to agree with Kathy C. This is going to blow up in James face. He really should've used this opportunity to build a relationship with some ppl that could actually win some comps. Maybe Austin/Twins?? Last I checked Clay isn't the sharpest crayon in the box. The whole avenging Jayson thing is foolish. If Jayson had any social game to speak of he could've saved himself last week. I mean Shelli was basically looking for any reason to keep him but he brought nothing to the table. Vanessa is smart enough not to go against 6th sense when they win next week and the other side of the house is right back where they started.
Steve is an idiot, never liked him and now more so.
Rigs - don't get too caught up into thinking we 'know' these people or their true character flaws. This is a television show for entertainment purposes - one that gets 'semi' scripted behind the scenes even though it's a 'reality' show. They've all lied to some degree and gone back on their word. In some respects, And I think production has had a hand in the Austin/Liz showmance - it seems too fake - and one that Liz is just going along with for ratings. But showmances typically mean more viewers. These people were cast as certain characters, as they have discussed on the feeds before production cuts to fish. They're all playing a game - a lying, cheating, see who you can get to believe what game.
Yeeessss I was hoping for the same thing lol!!
No words.
Agree 💯
Lol totally. I was expecting more out of him. So annoying.
And if they suspect Shelli is working with JMac then why wld they keep her?!?
Hoping Austin or Vanessa is nxt to go. It wld a been hilarious to see Austin go home this week just cuz he's have to wait to stalk I mean see Liz after BB is over. He wlda been a total mess and that wld be fun shit to watch. Gosh he's a psycho idiot like Clay. They must not need that half a mil.
Yup. Vanessa will be running everyone's hoh and game. Wish James wlda taken clay down and put Vanessa up. Shelli and Vanessa are hoh champs and are good at manipulating ppl.
Just when u think the game is getting good the houseguests turn into a bunch of bitches and take the safe route. Lame-yawn-burp
Let's be honest, you'd tell a few lies and break a few promises, for half a million dollars!
I thought James had it right, but clearly he should've used POV and saved Clay. Either Vanessa, or Liz, would've been a better option, but I still applaud his big move....it was nice to see someone with some kahunas!
I wish James' letter had been read on live tv, it was very sentimental and sweet. CBS has their priorities though and made sure we saw Shelli read her letter from her DOG?! Whatever...
Hoping Jackie wins HOH, she'll keep it interesting. Love Johnny Mac the most, but I'm waiting to see what he's up to....I have a feeling he's smarter than them all :)
Rigs..it really amazes me that you have watched previous seasons yet you still equate James' game play to his personal character. What part of "do and say what you must, in order to further yourself in the game" don't you understand? Everyone makes promises they dont keep...did you watch Sunday's episode when the nominations were made? Your "sweet little innocemt" Shelli DID call James out on going back on his word...but she said, "now everyone can see what kind of PLAYER he is." Not once did she say, "Now everyone can see what kind of PERSON he is." And thats because even your precious, sweet, innocent, perfect Shelli knows how to seperate the player from the true person..even she knew it was just game play...no matter how much she hated the game move., she knew thats all it was.
Flaw with seninario: trusting the floater to keep their word.
Chill out...sounds like YOU are on the block!
Nice catch, Mikomama - couldn't have said it better myself!
Miko, how many times have you heard “players” say they would not stoop that low or do this or that to someone because that is not the kind of person they are? If you haven’t heard them say that, then you haven’t been watching BB. Do you honestly believe James is a different person outside of this game? I would be he would do the same thing outside the house if it furthered what he considers to be to his benefit.
As for Shelli calling James out as a player rather than calling him out on who he is as a person, she was just being the “angel” that she is, LOL. I have to admit that Shelli gives people too much credit for being good and trusts them far too much. This is a game and it, like all temptations, shows the world who we really are and what we are capable of. I would be willing to bet that if James encountered a similar situation outside the house and outside the “game”, he would do exactly the same thing. He is all about “us and them”, in a big way. BB is very much like life and life is very much like BB. Life is largely a game.
It would have been a risk, but I would bank on the floater being worried about how it would look for them to weasel out of a promised vote (defeats the purpose of being invisible). If they did, their floater status is now gone and we now know where you stand......and that you can't be trusted.
GIVE IT UP Rigs!!!!!!!
When he was saying b$tches, he wasn't being derogatory. It's a slang word. Most of my gfs use the term, I actually find it relatable.
Nothing about jason reads evil to me. He's personable and fun, that's who his personality is. Just like your sweet angel, Shelli has her own personality that is extremely manipulative. Call a spade a spade.
Hear hear Miko! If I had a gavel, I'd bang it.
Lol...Heather!
Rigs...we can go on and on about how right I am and how wrong you are...but I'll just put an end to it for today Lol......good night... #teamjames #shelliliestoo
AGREE Kathy!!! I am hoping Jackie can pull off the next win....she is smarter then people realize she sees what Vanessa and Austin is doing!!! And then James follows with a win Get Vanessa and Austin OUT!!!! I will watch the show to see these two go!!!!!
The enemy of my enemy is my friend
When Shelli asks James to make her and Clay safe, its kinda like like asking a man if her butt looks good in this dress...unfair question! deserves an insincere
answer
