As we learned yesterday, James won Veto and he'll keep the noms the same. Clay/Shelli know this, so Clay has been 'falling on his sword' for Shelli by campaigning to the HG's to evict him, and to keep Shelli. As it stands right now, I'm not sure what Liz/Julia/Austin would do as far as votes, and Meg/Jackie definitely will evict Shelli over Clay, so it's going to be interesting how the next few days play out for sure.
The Veto Comp was a Prizes & Punishments comp:
*Jackie has to wear a knights costume for a week.
*Vanessa has to follow Jackie around and constantly polish her suit for 24 hrs.
*Shelli has to complete 2400 "sword fights" in the backyard.
*James won the veto.
*Becky won $5,000
*Clay got a trip 1 week trip to an Irish Castle
Non-veto players were allowed to drink booze. A few got tipsy.
In other news, at 6:06pm BBT last night, Meg/Clay got a little flirty with each other in the bathroom. Clay was asking her to promise him she'll vote him out on Thursday so that Shelli can stay. Meg said she can't promise that and that he needs to stay and fight.
10:09pm BBT:
Shelli has to hit/stab/knock off a bar with her sword per 1 round. She has to do this 2400 times in 24 hrs, otherwise she won't be able to compete in next weeks veto comp. (She's been doing really good at this comp all night!)
Vanessa is polishing Jackie's armor as they watch Shelli.
At 1:50am BBT, the HG's played Spin the Bottle, per America's Vote. It lasted 10 mins and there was no booze. Blahh. ;) Still worth the watch on the Flashback Feeds though.
**And that's it for The Overnighter! So it looks like Clay will be leaving this week, per his wishes. But it's still a long ways away from Thursday night, so we'll see. I'm gonna go crawl back into bed, but don't forget that tonight at 8pm EST we have a shiny new BB17 episode for us to watch! Just cuz Can't By Me Love (clay) is asking to be booted, why wld they do that?!? He sux at comps, shelli is more of a threat, and he doesn't even wNt to be there..so they'll be able to control him more since he'll be weak minded..AND MOSTLY HES ONE OF THE STUPIDEST PPL EVER TO PLAY THE GAME!!! Why is he willing to give up $500,000 a HLF A MILLION DOLLARS to a horse he rode a few times?!?!? When ppl talk like that they shld have to wear an idiot tard costume for the rest of their time there so they and everyone else can be reminded of their stupidity. BB stop picking future houseguests out of the Sears catalog and go with ppl who know the game and like to bathe in blood.

Jamie I hope u get well soon. I just want to say that if James was smart, he would use the veto on Clay since that fool is trying to save Shelli over himself (what a dumb arse), and backdoor Vanessa. He can say he just want to make sure Shelli goes home. Do to V what she did to Jason. Can u imagine how the house would blow up? Talk abt must see TV. Oh how I wish.
Boy, around 5:50 (maybe before but I wasn't watching) and then on for some time, Shelli and Clay talked to James, Jackie, & Meg and really spilled the beans about Austin, while also planting seeds for thought about Vanessa and the twins. Very interesting and a very impressive speech by Shelli. Will they gain anything by it? Very possibly! But, I would be very cautious if I were James since whatever they promise him, they would definitely be justified in backing out on their word to him as turn abouts fair play.
My thought would be that Austin is definitely a good target for later.
It is fun watching Jackie during this because you can just see that she is thinking this through. She may have seemed like someone who wasn't playing the game but MHO is that her mind is constantly running and she's keeping it to herself. She appears to be a much better poker player than Vanessa by far.
Anyway, if you have the live feeds, this is one of the best conversations and well worth your time.
That is a great idea. Wish we could do a Valcan mind melt with James on that one. If there were some good players in the house they would come up with that on their own!!
