Vanessa then went to Austin/Liz and told them they can all work with John and then proceeds to throw Meg under the bus by trying to get her to be the target this week instead. (12:55pm BBT)
Next, Vanessa makes her round to Steve. She drills him for answers and he actually comes clean about knowing about the plan to backdoor Vanessa last week (though he just denied knowing it the other day). Steve then throws Meg under the bus to Vanessa by saying that Meg said she didn't like Vanessa "pushing the deal" on her during the Double Eviction night. Vanessa isn't happy to hear this and runs to Austin to get out a "Goblin" this week (Meg or James).
Sidenote: I saw this on Twitter yesterday and I loved it: the tweet said it would be best for Steve to go, have Johnny Mac/James/Meg work together and hope that Jackie or Becky return to join the 3 of them, have one of them 4 win HOH and start dominating the house. That would be amazing TV/feeds to watch! I'd suspect that if by some BB miracle that happened, then the 4 of them in theory should target Austwins since they're a solid group of 3.
Fast-forward to 1:40am BBT...
Austin still wants to evict Johnny Mac and said that Steve will be easier to "control". Vanessa agrees. But wait! At 1:55am BBT, Austin tells Steve that the noms will probably stay the same, then Steve goes and talks to Meg/James and tells them that Austwins are a "strong fortress". Meg/James then run and tell Austin and twins what Steve just said and Austin now decides that Steve must go.
Round and round we go, where Austin will stop..nobody knows!
**And that's it for the Overnighter! Seems like the noms will stay the same and Steve will go, at least at this hour. lol :P The feeds have been pretty darn interesting the past 24 hours and I'm anxious to see if they'll continue be this week or if the HG's will do their normal routine of "Summer Camp" starting right after the veto ceremony up until the live show on Thursday. We'll see!!

After last night's show when Steve praised Vanessa for being "really good" in the DR, I realized for the first time that Steve is actually Stewie Griffin: Plotting his own private game for conquest which no one else knows anything about, and then cursing his nemesis and praising their skills when they accidentally foil his secret plans.

I agree with the twitter message. That's exactly what I was saying in the last post except that they also need to bring Van in to begin with "until" they break up the Austwins. That's the first thing that needs to be done or they're toast. They can worry about Van after the Austwins aren't a stronghold for Van to keep falling back on.
When Austin said, somebody tell me what to do!, I thought how freaking lame is this grown man that can't make up his own mind this far into the game? I hope hope hope Johnny Mac stays!!

Twins , your whiney voices are annoying as hell and you aren't all that hot , and the fact that you think you are hot knocks you down even more . Vanessa , you're a bully . James , you're all right , you got balls . The rest of ya's , nothing bad to say about you , but not much good either as far as game play . Seem like good people though .

I find it interesting that when it is decided early in the week who is going to be evicted, everyone comments how boring and scripted the week/season is, ect. But when it flip-flops back-n-forth on who will be evicted, everyone has a problem with that as well.
Wow, the sh** really hit the fan before Veto Ceremony this morning. Now it looks like Steve is toast for sure. Johnny Mac told Vanessa about the five person alliance to get her out & Austin threw Steve under the bus saying that he (Austin) didn't orchestrate it, Steve did! Vanessa is really upset with Steve as she expected him to be loyal and didn't expect Johnny Mac to be loyal.
Meg and James (so far) are out of the fray and also out of the frying pan at least for this week.

Many people across the various sites I have visited seem very confused as to what Austins true final five wishes are. I think Austins game plan is fairly obvious (prior to Vanessa's POV victory). Clearly, I'm only speculating but I believe that Austin thinks that he has a better chance beating Meg and James at the final five than Steve and Jmac. In addition, Meg and James have been fooled, lied to, and completely blindsided several times all season and Austin is aware of this, matter of fact everyone left in the house is aware of this. He has to think that even if he and the twins were to lose the final five HOH, they would still have a chance to talk Meg or James into only putting up one of the three up for eviction. Austin desperately wants to (or at least should want to) get Steve out this week and then hopefully wish for Jmac to win the next HOH and put up Vanessa and a twin (they would have the votes and a valid excuse to get rid of Vanessa and all three would be able to play HOH). As we the viewers know, Steve is very clever and if he and/or Vanessa/Jmac make it to final five with the Austwins they could be in deep trouble. I write this not as a fan of the Austwins, I can't stand them honestly, but I love analyzing game play and wanted to share my two cents. Tell me what you think!

@Kennedy...I have to think that if Austin wishes JMac to win HOH and put up Vanessa and one of his twins, it would be a desperate wish because it could very easily be the twin that the others vote out.
James & Meg would be smarter to vote the twin out and break up the trio. Of course, Austin and the other twin would vote to get Van out and JMac would be the deciding vote.
One would hope that even JMAC would want to break up the Austwins. He knows him and Van are on their own now and maybe he would feel better having her on his side now??
Van would definitely be a floater and side with Austin & the remaining twin if they won HOH or with James & Meg if they won HOH after JMac.
Or, as JMac said, him and Van are on their own now so may stick with her. It could be Van & JMac would go either way if the threesome is broken.
This is much better. I was happy when I know that V won´t use the veto so meg/james still safe but i felt sad about Jmac. But now that the target is Steve (he makes himself to be the terget but he doesn´t now) I feel so happy so Jmac still in the game and if Becky or Jackie return, they 4 can work togueter and destroy the austwins.
Please make Austin, Liz and Vanessa go away! Thank you Jaime for watch so I don't have to. I just can't take Austin and Liz.
