Vanessa tried to make a deal with Becky (12:50am BBT), to which Becky shut.her.down HARD! It was glorious to see Becky finally have found her voice in the house.
Let's get right into the meat and potatoes of the evening.

Becky: "We're gonna stay on track. We're gonna put up Shelli VS Steve, (tell people that) John's the backdoor, it's not gonna be John..it's gonna be Vanessa."
Jackie: "Yea."
Becky: "But! We do not..say..the V word."
Meg: "No."
James: "Never."
Becky said they'll tell Vanessa that the plan is to backoor Johnny Mac and she'll love it because she was so mad at him.
Meg: "Done."
Becky goes on to say that Vanessa is self-absorbed and she tried to turn her (Becky) against Jackie/James when she (B) was on the block with Jason.

Becky: "And if it's tie this week, I get to (to be the tiebreaker)."

Vanessa: "I'd like to make some kind of deal with you individually.."
Becky: "DONE with deals. DONE with deals and alliances. Don't even wanna hear those words.."
Vanessa: "Oh really?"
Becky: "It's not my style, I'm more organic, and if it's going with it, it's going with it...and that week scared me so bad, because things just blew up!..Deals and alliances draw lines. I don't like to draw lines. I'm more organic. Not even with Jackie, and I love her. I will play organic. Sorry."
Vanessa: "Okay, well I can respect that."
Becky: "(Deals) create a fixed plan, in a game that moves." (*That's some deep stuff right there.)
Vanessa said she disagrees and it gives people a "cushion" moving forward.
Becky said she likes short-term deals..like keeping someone safe if they keep her safe during a double eviction, for example. Vanessa leaves the HOH room with no deal with Becky.
1:05am BBT:

Johnny Mac: "She's a really smart Audrey."
Becky: "She's both smart and dumb at the same time."
They plan to appear not that close this week. Becky tells John to win that veto, she wants it to be won so she can backdoor V. (*The only problem with this plan is if Vanessa plays in veto and wins, she'd take Shelli off.)
1:12am BBT:
HOH Room
Shelli/Becky
Shelli: "I don't know where we stand at this point.."
Becky tells her they're better than what she thinks. Shelli is relieved. Shelli starts crying, saying how she doesn't have Clay anymore and now she's vulnerable in the house.
Becky: "I'm going after a bigger target than you."
Shelli: "Who?"
Becky: "We want Vanessa out, bad...How do you feel about that?"
Shelli: "Well obviously, she is someone I'm close to, so I'm not gonna throw her under the bus.
Becky tells Shelli she (Shelli) shouldn't trust Vanessa because she'll throw anybody under the bus and how she (Becky) warned Shelli/Clay to not trust her.
Becky said she's sick of Vanessa making groups of alliances day after day and "changes the groups how she wants".
Becky: "..and then she preaches to us all about 'her word'. F*ck your word. You change your group everyday." (*LOL!)
This is ongoing. Shelli promises not say anything about Vanessa being the backdoor plan this week.

Becky makes a deal with the twins to not target each other. She tells them that Steve is going up.

Diary Room audio leak. Is James the America's Player??
James: "Whaaaat?! America's Player card?!
Production Guy: "Congratulations."
And that's all of the audio leak that was heard. (Only us feedsters heard it, nobody in the house.)
James was in the Diary Room for a full 70 minutes, which leads me to think that it's real. There was no official vote for America's Player, but James has been leading polls on CBS and every other website, so they could have just picked him based on popularity. We shall see!!!
**And that's it for the Overnighter! Today is the Nomination Ceremony where I fully expect Becky to nominate Shelli/Steve and then tomorrow's Veto Comp winner will determine how the rest of the week will play out. Thanks, Jamie, for the awesome job of reporting. I just listened to the Vanessa/Becky convo where she said she didn't want to make deals and have alliances for the reason you mentioned. V asked her if she still believes that she is on the bottom of the totem pole with the other side of the house and she told her she was with Jackie from day 1. Then, she slipped and said she likes working with the FOUR of them. Wouldn't the four include JMac who she is telling her she's backdooring? Did she slip up?
Of course Shelli's not going to stay quiet. Julie was on target last night with her comment about "loose lips" in this house. Why would Becky tell Shelli her plans, knowing how close she is to Vanessa?
I hope it's true that James is America Player. I think he deserves it.
Wow Becky has shocked me. She seems to be playing a great games so far. She has thought out a great strategy this week. I hope she makes it happen.
If the otherside can keep their winning streak going. We could see some deserving players actually win.

Glad Becky won HOH.....I wanted wither her, Steve or JMac to win forcing them to pick a side. Also love Becky's plan and glad to see that she is playing and not afraid to go after a big target like Vanessa.
My only fear is that she is telling EVERYONE (except Vanessa) in the house what her plan is. This news will 100% get back to Vanessa and she will find a way to flip things. Not to mention, if she is picked to play in POV, she will go all out to protect Shelli and herself knowing what the plan is.
So, I think the better play would have been to put Shell/Vanessa on the block together guaranteeing that 1 of them goes to jury. If your gonna do it, do like James did......forget the Backdoor and just kick open the FRONT DOOR!!!!!

Why oh why did Becky tell Shelli about the V plan? That was a rookie move and it will come back to bite her in the a$$. I don't like Vanessa but the stuff she comes up with are absolute feeds gold. Please keep her for the drama. Get rid of predictable, boring, crying Shelli now!!!!!
Agree with GMAGS. Put up two from the opposite side then you could possibly have Steve's vote on your side also. But, I guess no matter how it plays out, with JMac, Jackie, Meg, & James, no matter who is on the block, those four will vote and if a tie, Becky will still vote who she wants to go.

I know I'm in the vast minority, but someone has to like the one nobody else does, right? I LOVE Vanessa! Except for the whole "can't keep her mouth shut" business, she'd have had this game in the bag. I was riding high after my early prediction of Derrick (sigh, those were the days) last season.
I just do NOT care for James. See? I'm the minority. I don't know what it is, but there you have it. He's sweet. He's adorable. I just don't think he's in the same league as most of the past winners (not Reagan, but you get my drift).

Even before this “slip” I was thinking what a big mouth Becky has. She needs to keep mouth shut. I don’t think she can. Well, it will just confirm what Vanessa will “see” in the eyes of those she talks to. She is very good at reading people. She may not always know what the lie is but she can see one. At this point, give what Becky has done, it won’t matter if Shelli confirms it or not, Vanessa will know.
As for Meg, she is a big flirt but she won’t let James get in her bed. She doesn’t like him in there even when she isn’t.
As for America’s player, if James is America’s player then America is in real trouble. Oh, America is in real trouble, LOL. Maybe that is why James is America’s player. I love that Becky is going with that side of the house but I don't understand why she told Shelly about the Vanessa backdoor plan, it doesn't make any sense.
Too late for Shelli to tell Vanessa about Becky's plan, Vanessa already guessed just what is going on. She spelled out her rational while talking to Liz just before noon today. Vanessa is dumbfounded that Becky would admit she is in a 4 person alliance.
Before that conversation Becky was speaking to Liz and Becky mentioned that production wanted a strong woman this year but #^%*%. She also pointed out that there are only 4 males left.

I also don't see how James is America's player but apparently when he made the ballsy move, he got alot of votes then. He really doesn't know how to keep a poker face and keep calm.
When james isn't in hoh mode he becomes a goofball prankster. If his tasks include pranklike behavior, he can play it off as just messing around vs. being called out as America's player.
James is America's player, because he really is playing a honest game.. He's not afraid of any one in the house, and he tells them like it is. Its about time some one starts playing BB.. I would like to see a Jackie vs. James final 2... I'm also concerned that production will get involved when Vanessa is evicted, and then let back in the house.. It could happen...
Becky shouldn't have told Shelli the real plan, she should have told Vanessa she would consider a deal rather than shoot her down right away. Vanessa will come back into the house even if she's evicted, Julie already said it could happen to jury members. The twins need to stop protecting Vanessa and Shelli, it's going to be a Brittany moment because Vanessa and Shelli will always pick each other over the other Sixth Sense members. And they probably made James "America's Player" because he's always pranking people so no one would suspect that he's doing things to them for any other reason than fun.
The smartest thing for Becky is to get rid of Vanessa and she should have put two serious targets up to begin with likes James did. Now, if the twins want to win the POV to keep Vanessa from being the renom, that sure is alot of people working to keep the noms the way they are. If they stay the same and Shelli tells Becky she will work with them, does Steve go home and then does Shelli go back to the 6th Sense?
I would love to see Shelli stay and Vanessa go and wouldn't even mind Shelli winning because she has been a good player, with the exception of the showmance. It would just be fun to see the underdogs pull out ahead first. Vanessa's problem is her calling out others for the same things she is doing and it would be fun to see her go out the door. She hasn't played a good enough game to give everyone a snow job or she wouldn't have been found out.
I thought it was smart if her to mention to J/J/M to not say V but less than an hour later she blabs the plan to SHELLI?! There goes the plan
